These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QWERTY LLC website (qwerty.am) and our digital marketing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

QWERTY LLC provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, technical SEO, AI search optimization, link building, email marketing, automations, Shopify support, and analytics & CRO. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Service Agreements

All service engagements require a signed proposal or service agreement that outlines:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Responsibilities of both parties

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • One-time audits require 100% payment upfront
  • Monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month
  • Project-based work may require milestone payments
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for their project. QWERTY LLC retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and templates used in delivering services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, login credentials, and any information marked as confidential.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use proven methodologies and best practices, SEO and digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor actions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

QWERTY LLC's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any minimum commitment periods specified in the agreement must be honored.

9. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
